植物来源：皱叶酸模Rumex Crispus 别名土大黄、羊蹄多年生草本,高50～80cm。根粗大,茎直立,单生,无毛。基生叶及茎下部叶披针形或长圆状披针形,基部楔形。花两性,内花被片果时增大,宽卵形或圆形,圆头,基部圆形,全缘或微波状,背面无小瘤。湿生植物。
活性成分：生物活性化合物主要有四类:蒽醌类、黄酮类、二苯乙烯类和酸模素。另有维生素、鞣质、无机酸及其盐。
功效：如抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒作用;止血作用;对心血管酸模属Rumex L. 植物的生药鉴定研究。
中医功效：具有清热解毒、活血止血、通便杀虫的功效,用于治疗肠炎、痢疾、血崩、咳血、便秘、湿疹等。
